We believe everyone should have the most beautiful flowers for life's special events and offer a Bespoke Wedding Floral Service, Huckleberry Signature Wedding Package and a Huckleberry Bud vase and Candle Package option
to ensure there is a service for every couple.

Wedding Enquiries and Booking Process

Please contact us via the Wedding Enquiry Link below, email us or send us a DM on our Facebook or Instagram accounts.

Let us know the date and location of both your ceremony and reception venue.

Once we have confirmed we are available for your date, we will send our detailed consultation form out to understand your requirements.

If you select the 'Huckleberry Signature Wedding Package' or 'Huckleberry Bud Vase and Candle Package' we can book you in straight away and will hold your date for 2 weeks and send you a booking confirmation form. If you confirm you would like us to provide your floral service, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen date.

If you have chosen the Bespoke floral Wedding option we will contact you to arrange an initial consultation to discuss your requirements and advise on how to maximise your floral budget. We will complete a bespoke quotation for each couple as every wedding is unique. Once this has been received and you are happy we would be delighted to curate the flowers for your special day. Once you have confirmed you would like to proceed, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen date.

Once booking is confirmed we can discuss your proposal and modify any elements you would like or add/remove any elements.

6-8 weeks prior to your wedding we will contact you to review all the required elements, finalise delivery arrangements and will require settlement of the remaining balance.

'Huckleberry Floral Design were the florists for our wedding at St Peter's Church, Copdock, with our reception at Copdock Hall. Throughout the organisation process, Annaliese and Esther were fantastic in bringing our vision to life.
We loved working with them; they were easy to communicate with throughout the lead up to the wedding. They met with us early in the process to understand exactly what we had in mind and later visited the church to work out how best to use the space. This meant they could provide some really helpful solutions for our colour palette and practical solutions to repurpose the flowers to fit both spaces.
On the day our arrangements looked incredible. Our favourite piece was the floral arch, which looked really luxurious and full at the church and was later repurposed to a broken arch during the wedding breakfast. The whole team worked so hard in making our flowers so special. Choosing Huckleberry was definitely one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!'
